What happens in the room
You are handed a real scenario with real consequences and seven people to lead through it. No case study, no hypothetical, no time to prepare a version of yourself first. You are then assessed by yourself and by the seven people you just led, and you go again with more pressure on, so you leave having already responded differently once. You bring a scenario of your own as well, so what surfaces gets applied to the situation you are actually carrying.
Why this is not a workshop
A seminar gives you information. A workshop gives you frameworks to apply to somebody else's example in a room where nothing is at stake. This puts you in charge of a live situation with consequences, in front of people whose opinion of you matters, and then asks you to do it again knowing exactly what you missed. It is closer to the way the Navy trains for emergencies than to professional development.

This is the pilot, so the investment is $777 rather than the $1,800 it will be at launch. If significant changes come out of the room, you get a free seat at a later session. Pre-work is required but it is not intensive.
